Gripping technology for any precision part
ROBOWORKER has a wide range of grippers for removing sensitive components from the press, deburring, weighing and palletizing them.
Our product range consists of motor-driven
- vacuum/suction grippers
- hole grippers
- parallel grippers
with additional functions such as rotating, turning or tilting.
Depending on the application, double, twofold or manifold grippers are available. All ROBOWORKER grippers have interfaces for suction pieces, part specific suction plates, silicone pieces (balloons), jaws and special insets.

Intelligent Cleaning of Press Punches
Regardless of whether the press punches are to be cleaned frequently or only occasionally, ROBOWORKER has the right cleaning solution for both requirements.
The powder residues are brushed off or additionally blown off by compressed air nozzles in the punch cleaner.
The ROBOWORKER cleaning program module allows the user to use product-specific cleaning programs and to parameterize them via the software interface. There are various options for creating a cleaning program - automatically or manually.
Separate Punch Cleaner
- For occasional cleaning processes
- Automatic change between gripper and punch cleaner via gripper station
