High productivity due to fast and precise linear systems for handling pressed parts
Powder press automation system PAG with extended buffer capacity for sinter trays
The press automation system PAG distinguishes itself through its versatility regarding equipment options and optimized footprint. As a standard it comes with a double conveyor belt with buffer capacity for up to three empty and three full trays.
In order to achieve higher autonomy times ROBOWORKER is offering two cost attractive alternatives with different buffer capacities.
- PAG with loading/unloading system and magazine trolley
- PAG with extended double conveyor belt system
PAG with Loading/Unloading System and Magazine Trolley
The new loading/unloading system removes empty trays from the magazine trolley and places them onto the double conveyor belt system of the PAG. Full trays are removed from the double conveyor belt and placed into the magazine trolley. The buffer capacity of the magazine trolley is in relation to the part height. If, for example, the distance from the lower tray edge to the next lower edge is 30 mm, 30 trays can be stored. If the distance is 22 mm, the trolley can even offer a buffer capacity of 40 trays.
PAG with Extended Conveyor Belt System
Extending the conveyor belt is the ideal solution for smaller batches. An extension of up to 1.2 meters is available. Depending on the tray size, there is an average buffer capacity of six empty and six full trays.
Both extensions are available for both, PAG 30 ND with 25 strokes/min for electric and hydraulic presses and PAG 30 with 20 strokes/min for mechanical presses which are unloaded from the front. And both extensions can not only be ordered with new machines but also be retrofitted (previous design check for PAG 30).
